Role and Responsibilities :
Demand and Change Management executives will play a key role for sourcing and onboarding for the client, will be required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different teams within ANSR and client team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Will be the primary point of contact for project demand and change management.
- Will be required to work closely with the ANSR recruitment team, ANSR operations Team Client team, setting up regular cadence to update the progress.
- Will be responsible for creating demand reports based on requests from ANSR and Client leadership.

Any Graduate from reputed institute3-4 years of experience in any project management rolesStrong communication skills both written and VerbalHigh level of proficiency in MS OfficeUnderstanding of recruitment life cycleRequired Competencies
