Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain technical content such as :
- a. Resource Center articles
- b. API documentation
- c. Developer guides
- d. Integration and feature documentation
- e. Release notes and technical blog posts
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand product features and workflows.
- Translate complex technical information into simple, engaging, and accurate language.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines.
- Organize and structure the Resource Center for ease of navigation and searchability.
- Continuously update and improve documentation based on product updates, feedback, and analytics.
- Research and benchmark industry trends to keep developer resources relevant and innovative.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, English, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS, software, or tech-driven company.Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and developer tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Notion, Confluence, GitHub Pages, or similar platforms.Basic understanding of HTML / CSS, version control (Git), or developer documentation systems is a plus.Preferred Skills :
Experience writing for developer communities or technology blogs.Familiarity with SEO best practices for technical content.Knowledge of design systems, UI / UX principles, or developer platforms.Strong storytelling ability to make technical topics engaging and easy to understand.
