Role Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join on a full-time basis at our facility in Chennai. The role involves assessing clients' physical and mental capabilities, developing personalized therapeutic plans, and implementing interventions to improve functional independence. You will provide hands-on therapy, collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, and document progress while ensuring holistic and client-focused care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in occupational therapy techniques, methods, and equipment usage
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and families
• Collaborative abilities to work with a multidisciplinary team
• Skills in documenting reports, evaluating outcomes, and modifying treatments
• Bachelor's (BOT) or Master's (MOT) degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
• Experience in rehabilitation for individuals with special needs or neurological conditions is preferred
