Key Responsibilities
- Overall new AUM growth in line with the objective laid down by the company.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Wealth Management roles (RMs, Sr. RMs, Team Leaders, Product Specialists, etc.).
- Partner closely with Wealth Management leadership to understand business priorities and hiring needs.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies to attract top Private Banking and Wealth Management professionals.
- Network with industry talent pools to strengthen candidate pipeline.
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Drive employer branding initiatives specific to the Wealth Management domain.
- Track hiring metrics and deliver timely reports to business heads.
Requirements
10- 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 8–10 years in Private WealthStrong understanding of Wealth Management business models and talent landscape.Proven success in hiring for mid-to-senior Wealth Management roles.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Requirements
