Key Responsibilities
- Overall new AUM growth in line with the objective laid down by the company.
- Lead
end-to-end recruitment for Wealth Management roles (RMs, Sr. RMs, Team Leaders, Product Specialists, etc.).
Partner closely with Wealth Management leadership to understand business priorities and hiring needs.Build targeted sourcing strategies to attract top Private Banking and Wealth Management professionals.Network with industry talent pools to strengthen candidate pipeline.Ensurebest-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Drive employer branding initiatives specific to the Wealth Management domain.Track hiring metrics and deliver timely reports to business heads.Requirements
10- 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 8–10 years in Private WealthStrong understanding of Wealth Management business models and talent landscape.Proven success in hiring for mid-to-senior Wealth Management roles.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Requirements
