We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and target markets for B2B events
- Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending networking events
- Engage with prospects to ascertain their needs and provide information about our products / services
- Evaluate leads and maintain the lead database for accurate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine lead generation tactics for B2B events
Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing / business, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience in lead generation or sales support rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsGoal-oriented and self-motivatedSkills Required
