Product Trainer Bengaluru, Deliver engaging product training sessions for APAC and India-based clients

• Keep all written training materials (Knowledge Base, guides, etc.) up to date and accurate
• Partner with Customer Success to maintain and improve resources like the Playbook
• Cover occasional training or client calls for NAMER / EMEA when the Senior Manager is unavailable or double-booked (depending on work hours)
• Act as a go-to resource for internal teams needing quick product knowledge or training refreshers
