AEP Developer

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform professional to lead the implementation and ongoing ownership of Adobe solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to transform how we understand and engage with our prospects and clients across their entire journey.

The Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) expert will be responsible for hands-on implementation of Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), including data ingestion pipelines, XDM schema development, identity stitching, and activation enablement. This role focuses on technical execution, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary AEP / RTCDP subject matter expert, advising on end-to-end architecture, governance, scalability, and best practices.
• Define and build data models (XDM schemas), datasets, mappings, and identity strategies (namespaces, stitching rules, profile merge policies) to power high-quality customer profiles and segmentation.
• Plan and implement data ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming via Edge Network, Web / Mobile SDKs, APIs) using AEP Sources, Data Prep, and Transformation capabilities.
• Administer AEP sandboxes, product profiles, roles, and permissions (via Admin Console / AEP) to enforce least-privilege access controls.
• Create and maintain solution documentation : dataflow diagrams, identity maps, schema catalogues, destination activation models, and runbooks.
• Build segmentation strategies (Edge, streaming, batch) and orchestrate activation to AEP destinations (adtech, Adobe campaign, Target, CRM, custom destinations / APIs).
• Architect Federated Audience Composition (FAC) and federated data access patterns to enable cross-system audience building and governed data usage.
• Align AEP / RTCDP implementation with enterprise data governance and global privacy policies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Integrate with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Target, Analytics to deliver omni-stack use cases etc
• Support QA, deployment, and troubleshooting during implementation cycles.
