The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for everything Google Ads building, managing, and scaling performance campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube .
This is a builder’s role ideal for someone who has scaled D2C brands on Google, thrives on ownership, and enjoys solving growth challenges with data, creativity, and speed.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale Google performance campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and App (if applicable).
- Own end-to-end account structure , keyword and audience strategy, campaign setup, and automation.
- Drive revenue growth, ROAS, and CAC efficiency through continuous optimization and experimentation.
- Set up robust tracking and attribution via GA4, GTM, and first-party data dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative, content, tech, and retention teams to improve landing pages, CVR, and full-funnel metrics.
- Conduct A / B tests on creatives, keywords, and landing pages to scale winning campaigns.
- Stay updated on Google Ads innovations and D2C growth playbooks from top consumer brands.
Who You Are
3+years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Display, YouTube, App) — must have scaled D2C brands (website & app-based).Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals — attribution, audience strategy, conversion optimization, and analytics.Skilled in Google Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Data Studio .Highly data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable managing large monthly budgets (₹10L–₹50L+).Exposure to Meta Ads and other growth engines is a strong plus.Above all — a problem solver, hustler, and growth-driven marketer who loves speed, learning, and building.
