Job description3+ years’ experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory) Strong track record in sales & account management. Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is a huge plus. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. Immediate joiners preferred. What You’ll Do
- Drive new client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Cross-sell Orcapod’s HR & staffing solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.
