How You Will Contribute :

Join our Learning team as a Technical Learning Developer and help us deliver cutting-edge training content for Blue Planet network management software . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with 2+ years of experience to grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced, and innovative environment.

Assist senior developers in designing and developing technical learning solutions.

Manage small course update projects with precision and attention to detail.

Create PowerPoint storyboards that serve as the foundation for engaging eLearning content.

Develop interactive training materials using tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Rise.

Produce high-quality learning assets, including video tutorials, technical walkthroughs, animations, classroom training, and self-paced labs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Blue Planet standards.

The Must Haves :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.

Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical topics.

Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM and an understanding of adult learning principles.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

The Assets :

Knowledge of networking or software development concepts.

Experience creating technical training or online learning content.

A collaborative mindset to thrive in a global team environment.

Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
