Role Description & Qualification -
Firmware Development
Develop, optimize, and maintain firmware on Nordic nRF52 / nRF54 Series (BLE 5.2 / 5.4)Implement ultra-low-power firmware architecture (sleep modes, RTC, timers)Build and optimize firmware for real-time physiological signal acquisition (ECG, PPG, BioZ, Temperature, IMU)Sensor Integration
Integrate and calibrate sensors such as :AS7058 (PPG + ECG AFE)AFE4950 (BioZ + ECG)MLX90632 (Temperature)AD5940 (Bioimpedance)Bosch BHI380 (IMU Fusion)BME688 (Environmental sensing)Communication & Protocols
Implement BLE services (Nordic SoftDevice)Create custom BLE GATT profilesSupport OTA updates (DFU)System Architecture & Reliability
Develop robust state machines, task schedulers, and interrupt-driven firmwareOptimize for power, latency, and memory footprintDebug using JTAG / SWD, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopesTesting & Validation
Unit testing, sensor calibration routines, and quality benchmarkingWork with hardware team for DVT / PVT / MP testingEducational Qualifications
