Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Production Manager .

Qualification : Diploma in CIPET

Location : Surat (Simada Naka) 12 hour shift

The Manager will be responsible for managing injection moulding Plastics Accessories, household Products, Chair, Bowl, bathroom accessories, Plastic Granules, production, quality system implementation and maintenance of sophisticated HAITAN machines in manufacturing of plastic goods available.

Location : On-site – Simada Gam, Surat near Sarthana Jakatnaka

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute production Planning & schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, and logistics teams for smooth operations
• Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S
• Monitor KPIs like OEE , OPE, productivity, rejection rate, downtime.
• Continuously improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and guide senior engineers, supervisors, operators, and helpers.
• Work with maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and usage of PPE.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain MIS reports on production, cost analysis, wastage, and manpower.
