Job Summary

As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will partner with Middle Office teams to manage reconciliations and control functions for trades. You will investigate trade break queries, perform control functions, and drive firm-wide projects. Your role will involve reviewing key metrics and generating efficiencies to improve processes and increase capacity.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Middle Office teams for trade reconciliations.
• Investigate trade break queries and analyze bookings.
• Amend trades in risk management and assess PNL impact.
• Perform control functions to align trade values with Risk and PNL.
• Drive firm-wide and industry projects with project leads.
• Review key metrics for controls and efficiency.
• Generate efficiencies by improving processes and STP.
• Build strong relationships across global teams.
• Ensure alignment with risk management and downstream applications.
• Manage operational risk and control gaps.
• Enhance team and system efficiency.
