Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Trade Finance operations.Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed user stories for development and testing teams.Possess hands-on experience with Trade Finance platforms, particularly TRRACS, to support solution design and implementation.Conduct functional analysis to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support end-to-end testing to validate functionality and performance.Provide production support by resolving system issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for resolution.Manage and track change requests (CRs) and project progress using standardized tracking tools and methodologies.Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and solution alignment.Engage with cross-functional teams to address business needs while maintaining system integrity and performance.Apply strong problem-solving skills to assess issues, propose solutions, and support timely project delivery.Skills Required
