As a Product Manager (m / f / d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions developed in India for India—and for the global market. You will work closely with Sales and Business Development to analyze local market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies for successful, market-ready products.
Collaborating with two agile development teams at dSPACE India Software & Technologies, you will guide product realization and lead the market introduction of cutting-edge solutions that redefine automotive development and validation technology.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic Product Leadership
Develop and execute product strategies that drive innovation, open new business opportunities, and align with organizational goals.
Define clear product vision and roadmap to ensure long-term competitiveness and growth.
Market & Trend Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer requirement analysis in collaboration with Sales and Business Development.
Identify emerging trends and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Product Roadmap Management
Coordinate and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with development teams and business objectives.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver optimal solutions.
Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
Product Lifecycle Ownership
Assume full responsibility for product definition, development, and continuous improvement throughout its lifecycle.
Manage product budgets, sales forecasts, and expense tracking to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring successful launches and adoption.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling positioning and messaging.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Define KPIs for product success and monitor performance against targets.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and customer feedback.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify potential risks in product development and market introduction; implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements (Product Manager)
University degree in a technical or scientific field or computer science
Professional experience in product management, technical sales, engineering or software development within the Automotive Industry
Experience in managing product lifecycles from concept to market launch would be a strong advantage.
Understanding working with cross-functional teams and agile development environments. Ideally, in-depth knowledge of the development process for automotive control units
Customer-orientated and entrepreneurial thinking paired with an innovative mindset
Convincing communication and presentation skills
Very good knowledge of English and one or multiple Indian languages
Willingness to travel
