Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Study Abroad Advisor located in Kochi. The Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of studying abroad, including providing personalized consultations, offering expert advice on educational programs, and processing visa applications. Day-to-day tasks include addressing inquiries, delivering accurate information about international education opportunities, assisting with documentation requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination with students and foreign institutions. The Advisor will also play a key role in maintaining clear and effective communication to provide outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and advising on study abroad programs
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities to interact with students and institutions effectively
• Consulting experience with attention to detail and customer-focused service for a minimum of one year
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to support students in decision-making
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with international education systems
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred
