Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Advisor, located in Kochi. The Senior Student Advisor will be responsible for counseling students on study abroad options, evaluating their educational backgrounds, and assisting them in the application process. Daily tasks include providing guidance on course selection, offering advice on visa procedures, coordinating with international institutions, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The role requires excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively support and guide students through their study abroad journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Education guidance
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with international education systems and visa processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Previous experience of 5 years minimum with atleast 1 year in the study abroad industry
