Lead Fundraising-Overseas (FCRA)

We're looking for an energetic and creative FCRA Fundraising Lead who shares our passion for youth development and SDG-focused work. In this role, you'll help us raise the funds needed to create lasting change in youth's lives by engaging with international donors and telling our story. Your work will directly contribute to achieving SDG 8 : Decent Work and Economic Growth and SDG 4 : Quality Education by supporting youth skilling and employment programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead fundraising efforts to support programs that contribute to SDGs, especially SDG 4 and SDG 8.
• Identify and engage international donors who share our commitment to youth development and the SDGs.
• Create impactful proposals and reports that communicate the alignment of our work with global development goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, stories, and impact metrics that showcase the outcomes of our SDG-driven programs.
• Ensure full compliance with FCRA regulations and donor requirements while promoting transparency and accountability.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with donors by demonstrating how their contributions directly support SDG achievement.
• Keep informed about emerging trends and funding opportunities that focus on the SDGs and youth empowerment.
