Job Description
We are hiring a Head of GTM Marketing to own revenue-driven go-to-market strategy, lead a compact creative team (content writers, designer, video editor, SEO specialist), and deliver measurable demand, pipeline, and brand outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for content-led growth, SEO, email lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional GTM alignment.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define positioning, ICPs, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel GTM plans aligned to revenue targets.
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team : content, design, video, and SEO; set OKRs and operating cadences.
- Build an editorial calendar and content programs that move prospects through the funnel : awareness → consideration → evaluation → purchase → expansion.
- Architect and run email lifecycle programs : acquisition, nurture, onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
- Drive organic growth through SEO strategy, technical fixes, and content optimization.
- Own funnel analytics, attribution, and experimentation; build dashboards that connect MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue.
- Produce sales enablement : battlecards, ROI calculators, decks, and objection-handling assets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, CS, and RevOps to align SLAs and improve conversion outcomes.
Requirements
8+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience with 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, or similar).Proven SEO experience with content-driven organic growth outcomes.Strong analytics skills and familiarity with GA4, CRM analytics, and dashboarding tools.Experience in creating content that converts for enterprise sales cycles and enabling sales teams.Excellent written and verbal communication; strong creative judgment across design and video.Bias for experimentation, testing, and outcome-driven decision-making.Comfortable in fast-paced, startup-like environments; experience scaling Series A–C companies preferred.Success Metrics
