Hiring : Executive Assistant to Founder (Legal firm experience preferred)
Location : Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder (Law Firm) and ensure smooth daily operations.
✨ What You’ll Do
Manage calendars, meetings, court dates, and appointments
Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality
Maintain legal files, case documents, and prepare OCR / paginated PDFs
Supervise office staff and oversee daily office operations
Manage travel arrangements for Founder and Advisors
Handle petty cash, basic accounts, invoices, and vendor coordination
Maintain office supplies, facilities, and service provider relationships
Assist with occasional personal tasks for the Founder
Requirements
Graduate with 3–4 years’ experience in EA / Secretarial / Office Management roles
(Legal firm experience preferred)
Strong communication in English & Hindi
Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, Apple systems & Adobe Acrobat
Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Basic accounting and vendor management skills
