We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with business leaders and employees across multiple practice areas.

This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy aligned to business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and strengthening employee engagement and capability.

As we scale, this role will play a pivotal part in building the HRBP function from the ground up, establishing processes, and ensuring HR is a true enabler of business success.

• Act as the single point of contact for business leaders and teams, translating business goals into people priorities.
• Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design aligned to business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education

Experience : 6–9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
