Key Responsibilities :
Research and identify potential clients in target industries using tools like , Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Preferably in IT, Healthcare, BFSI industries.
Generate and qualify leads for staffing solutions — including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire
services.
Develop and maintain a prospect database through CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Initiate contact via email campaigns, cold calls, and outreach to schedule introductory meetings
for existing as well as new client acquisition.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture qualified leads through the sales funnel.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly outreach metrics and performance.
Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on campaign results and lead quality.
Maintain an updated understanding of staffing market trends, MSP / VMS programs, and competitor
offerings.
Required Skills &Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in
staffing / recruitment industry).
Proven ability to communicate confidently with senior executives (CXO, VP, Director level).
Familiarity with VMS / MSP ecosystems and staffing industry terminology.
Strong communication and written skills; persuasive and professional on calls and emails.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and lead management tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
