- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing training and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of success and accountability.
Client Acquisition & Retention :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
