The Food Court Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the food court, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality while meeting financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
- Monitor food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
