Job Title : Workday Tester

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Tester with a minimum of 4 years of experience in testing Workday applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various Workday modules , possess a solid understanding of Agile methodology , and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills .

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance).
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of Workday configurations and integrations.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Identify, log, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Prepare detailed test documentation and provide input for test planning and test strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
