• 10+ years of experience as On-Prem Hyperion Administrator as well as EPM Cloud Support
• Must have Skills-
• Hyperion Admin tasks for on-prem components like ESSBASE, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, DRM.
• Proactive maintenance of all the applications across production & non-production environments to ensure availability and resilience
• Start & Stop of applications across all environments
• Applying patches across all environments
• Updating certificates (e.g. SSL, LDAP etc) across applications and across environment
• Basic knowledge of Unix / Linux commands
• Hands on L2 and L3 Support experience on Oracle EPM cloud applications PBCS / EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS
• Work on tickets / queries raised by users
• Resolve / data fix – transactions.
• Bug-fix in the existing code base as prioritized by Hyatt.
• Hands on experience in scripting - PowerShell and Python
• Knowledge of other components like HFR, Calculation Manager, ODI will be an added advantage
• Ready to work in rotational shifts : 12noon-9pm IST and 6pm-3m IST
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
