Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Sales : Drive business development and sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products, achieving aggressive targets.
- Agent Recruitment & Training : Recruit and train a team of agents specifically for the promotion and sale of health insurance and wellness products.
- Corporate Client Acquisition : Identify and acquire new corporate clients, ensuring the successful closure of deals related to their Health Insurance and Wellness requirements.
- Database Management : Create and maintain a comprehensive database and list of appointments for agents with customers, ensuring effective lead management.
- Client Advisory : Provide appropriate and tailored advisory services to both existing and potential clients regarding their Health Plan requirements and existing insurance portfolios.
- Client Servicing : Service existing Corporate and SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Network & Liaison : Establish and maintain strong networks and effective liaison with sales, underwriting, and product teams of health insurance companies to facilitate smooth operations and product understanding.
