In this Voice-heavy contact centre role, involving Inbound Customer Queries and Outbound Lead conversions, you’ll deliver thoughtful customer interactions and help drive sales outcomes through genuine relationship-building. You’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences and long-term value for every client you engage with.
What You`ll Do :
- Handle customer queries and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and ownership.
- Lead service recovery conversations and build long-term trust.
- Convert qualified leads through clear, consultative communication.
- Engage existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Track, Report conversion and Engagement metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction remains central.
What we’re looking for :
3–5 years of experience in Travel, Hospitality, Airlines, Medical / Healthcare services, Wellness centres, Hospitals, or International voice-based customer service. However, strong candidates outside the band can also be considered.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - clear, articulate, and empathetic.Strong sales orientation rooted in trust-building.A Start Up Mindset - Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Bonus : Knowledge of Malayalam / Hindi / Kannada.Why this role :
