Role - Sourcing Team Leader (Commercial Sales)
The person will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sourcing executives and lead generation targets through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing. The role involves strategy, relationship management, and performance tracking to ensure consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, train, and motivate the sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers.
Identify new sourcing opportunities to expand the business network.
Monitor team performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Ensure quality lead generation and smooth coordination between sourcing and closing teams.
Conduct regular market research to track competitor activity and pricing trends.
Manage end-to-end sourcing process — from identifying prospects to onboarding.
Drive team productivity through incentives, reviews, and structured follow-ups.
Requirements :
3–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or channel management.
Proven experience in handling and motivating a team.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with property markets and broker ecosystems.
