Senior Quality Engineer

Overall responsibility to Maintain Quality Process as per JCI & Standards.

• Knowledge in ELV, BMS and MEP, like cctv, FAS, PAS, ACS, fire frightening system installation and its related quality documents prepared for various project site.
• Hand on experienced to prepare method of statement at various scopes, ITP etc.
• Creates and implements company quality standards to maximize the profitability of the organization.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
• Maintain QMS (ISO 9001) Certification for the organization with cross-functional alignment.
• Drive internal & external Audit process as per ISO requirements.
• Conduct MRM data preparation.
• Driving on-site execution quality practices, off-field documentation practices as per the QMS as well as JCI standard. Bring continuous improvement.
• Establishing customer connect mechanism, driving to implement customer’ inputs up to sustainable level and tracking.
• Conducting factory inspections, FAT as required.
• Driving Products defects, other QMS impacts management due to partners with vendor recovery process. Monitoring partner’s performance.
• Provide periodic Quality Awareness training for the team.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
• Monthly connect with leadership of different departments for review of Quality Issue.
• Analyze the data to find the areas for improvement.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.

Skill Set :

Key performance criteria’s : 1. Able to interact seamlessly with cross functional team, customers, vendors, external auditing agencies / consultants. 2. Interaction with Sr Leadership & representation 3. Driving Organizations QMS Certification requirements 4. Safeguarding organizations interest in terms of QMS activities

Qualification : - Engineering Graduate - Any ISO auditing certification will be added advantage

Experience : 5+ years relevant industry experience Knowledge, skills, and abilities required :
