Role Understanding – EIB Data Management Specialist

This role is HR operations + Workday EIB-focused , and success depends on a mix of :

1. Core Requirements

• HR Shared Services / HR Ops experience (global / regional exposure preferred).
• Employee Data Management – handling high-volume, complex HR transactions.
• HCM & CRM Tools – especially Workday + ServiceNow .
• Detail Orientation – ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Analytical Skills – good with Excel and working on large datasets.
• Communication Skills – ability to explain processes, troubleshoot, and liaise across teams.
