Role Understanding – EIB Data Management Specialist
This role is HR operations + Workday EIB-focused , and success depends on a mix of :
1. Core Requirements
- HR Shared Services / HR Ops experience (global / regional exposure preferred).
- Employee Data Management – handling high-volume, complex HR transactions.
- HCM & CRM Tools – especially Workday + ServiceNow .
- Detail Orientation – ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Analytical Skills – good with Excel and working on large datasets.
- Communication Skills – ability to explain processes, troubleshoot, and liaise across teams.
2. Additional Skills
Strong Workday expertise , especially EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) functionality.Data analysis on complex datasets (employee, HR policy-driven, compliance).Knowledge of HR policies and procedures with ability to implement.Prior financial services experience is a plus.3. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.Assessment will test risk & controls , business acumen , digital / tech orientation , and change management capability in addition to HR / Workday technical skills.Show more
