Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Sales professional located in Pune. The role involves understanding client needs, creating tailored interior design solutions, and presenting design proposals. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with space planning, selecting furniture, and guiding them through the decision-making process. The role requires excellence in customer service, a strong understanding of interior design principles, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Customer Service expertise to enhance client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Furniture styles, materials, and functionality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the interior design or furniture industry is an advantage
