What youll do :

Conduct needs assessments to craft meaningful performance-focused learning objectives

Design curricula and recommend course structures technologies and delivery methods

Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather and develop content

Create engaging eLearning courses instructor-led training assessments and more

Maintain and refresh a library of instructional materials for consistency and relevance

Evaluate training effectiveness using best practices and learning theories

Stay curious challenge old ways and contribute to special projects and innovation

Ensure training offerings are impactful current and tailored to our growing IT and software sectors

What you will bring :

Portfolio with work samples required

2 years professional experience in instructional design training development or related fields

Bachelors degree or higher in Instructional Design Training & Development Communications or equivalent experience

Expertise in adult learning theory curriculum development and technical writing

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong self-management organization and decision-making abilities

Collaborative approach; skilled at partnering with SMEs and internal teams

Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g. Camtasia Captivate Articulate)

Experience in software or IT training is a plus

Exposure to classroom or remote instructor-led training

Experience in certification exam creation or updates is a bonus
