Key Responsibilities

• Conduct counseling sessions, aptitude testing, and life skills workshops for students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Recommend suitable testing / coaching centers and maintain accurate student records.
• Deliver engaging pre-departure sessions for students heading abroad.
• Collaborate with students to create personalized quarterly timelines aligned with their goals.
• Guide students in profile building, CV development, and college planning.
• Lead mock interviews and test preparation sessions as per student activity plans.
• Design creative and interactive activities that support overall student growth.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives.
• Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Psychology, Counseling, Child & Human Development, Counseling & Guidance or Event Management

Work Schedule

Training & Probation Period : 3 months

This is an on-site role requiring occasional travel across India and internationally.
