About the Role

Sun Mobility is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our Chairman's Office and drive transformational initiatives across our organization. This is a high-impact, strategic role that combines account management excellence with forward-thinking innovation programs. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership to shape the company's future readiness while ensuring flawless execution of customer-facing operations.

As a trusted interface between customers, internal teams, and executive management, you will lead strategic programs that drive competitive advantage and spearhead digital transformation initiatives in India's rapidly evolving electric vehicle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Excellence

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, supply chain, deployment, and software teams to guarantee timely product and service delivery
  • Act as the voice of the customer , driving rapid resolution of hardware, software, delivery, and service issues
  • Manage commercial relationships, financial transactions, and payment schedules with strategic clients
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards tracking customer metrics across financial, technological, and operational dimensions
  • Prepare executive-level insights, reports, and presentations for senior management and Chairman review

Strategic Innovation & Transformation

  • Lead innovation-driven initiatives with a 3–5-year strategic horizon to create sustainable competitive advantages
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on emerging trends, global best practices, and disruptive technologies in the EV and energy sectors
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to establish the company as a data-driven, AI-native enterprise
  • Eliminate operational inefficiencies through process automation and digital optimization
  • Develop robust financial and business models to evaluate new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and pilot programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives aligned with Chairman's priorities
  • Required Qualifications

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a Tier 1 institution
  • MBA from a Tier 1 business school or a CA
  • Proficiency in basic management tools such as Jira, MS Excel / PowerPoint, and project tracking platforms is required
  • Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in :
  • Management consulting
  • Investment banking
  • Account management
  • Corporate development
  • Preferred industry exposure : Mobility, Electric Vehicle, Energy, or Battery sectors
  • Demonstrated success in managing key client relationships and delivering complex cross-functional programs
