Job Description :
We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs that enhance experience for SaaS customers, improve retention, and ensure scalable success operations. You will collaborate with CS leadership, product, and engineering teams to deliver initiatives that support customer adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic programs to optimize the customer lifecycle and enhance retention and growth.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across CS operations.
- Manage cross-departmental projects focused on product adoption, onboarding, and customer health.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform program strategy and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to align customer needs with business goals.
Qualifications :
5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.Strong understanding of customer success principles and SaaS customers lifecycle management.Experience working with identity security or enterprise software is a plus.Proficiency in automation scripting of project management tasks is a strong plusExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with CS tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce) and project management tools (Jira,DevRev)
