Role Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Cisco DNA Center, leading the design, implementation, and configuration of network automation solutions.
Architect and optimize end-to-end network operations, ensuring seamless integration with advanced hybrid network infrastructures.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues related to network orchestration and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices, develop innovative automation strategies, and enhance network security and reliability.
Consult and mentor peers, offering technical expertise and insights into evolving industry trends and emerging Cisco technologies.
Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements to maintain optimal network functionality and scalability.

Skills Qualifications

Must-Have :

Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center and associated network automation tools.

Proven track record of 5+ years in managing enterprise-level networks with emphasis on Cisco environments.

Strong technical understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on rapid incident resolution.

Experience working in hybrid environments, integrating on-premise and cloud-based network solutions.

Preferred :

Relevant Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.

Familiarity with network automation scripting using Python or Ansible.

Exposure to multi-vendor network environments and emerging networking trends.
