Responsibilities – including but not limited to :

1. Building overarching marketing strategy and execution plans for forthcoming DreamzKrraft projects and events.

2. Leading last-mile execution and coordination with external agencies and platforms, including digital partners, PR agencies, and social media platforms for promotions and brand visibility.

3. Overseeing and executing brand integrations, partnerships, and collaborations for events.

4. Maintaining a content calendar, strategizing content pieces, and ensuring approvals for DreamzKrraft’s digital presence.

5. Liaising with agencies to ensure all content is well-written, grammatically accurate, and published on time across digital platforms.

6. Managing all digital assets and ensuring proper upkeep of social media handles, creative libraries, and brand collaterals.

7. Running lead optimization : calling and following up with leads, ensuring conversions are tracked and reported.

8. Overseeing company PR activities to ensure consistent brand positioning.

9. Supporting and curating website updates with new events, news, and PR activities (maintenance already in place).

10. Identifying great content opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand tone, and amplifying through the right channels.

11. Measuring and reporting campaign performance, providing insights against established goals.

Required Skills :

• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong content writing and editing abilities (grammar, tone, accuracy).
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional plans.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Strong eye for content trends and creative storytelling.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, both independently and in teams.
