• Role :

Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive The Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive will be responsible for student counseling, admissions, marketing campaigns, and developing partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates to promote our Skill Development Programs.

• Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students & parents about Skill Development Programs
• Manage inquiries, calls, and follow-ups for admissions
• Conduct presentations and sessions in schools, colleges, and communities
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online + offline)
• Build partnerships with institutions and corporates
• Achieve admission targets for training batches
• Requirements
• Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (preferred : Marketing, Education, Counseling)
• Strong communication & persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
• Experience in admissions, counseling, or sales / marketing preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Passion for education and youth empowerment
