Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more Oracle Fusion solutions assigned.
- Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches.
- Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue.
- Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions.
- Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module.
- Learn 1 or more Oracle Fusion solutions and act as back-up whenever required.
- Provide standby or back-up support whenever required.
- Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required.
Required Skills (Must have) :
Atleast 3-5 years of implementation / AMS experience in any of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Experienced in customizing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Applications, worked on Visual Builder Cloud Services(VBCS) for application development.Development of BIP and OTBI Reports and Bursting BIP reports.HCM Extracts for Third Party Integration, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, Data Migration using HDL, HSDL.Well versed in writing Approval rules and BPM Workflows , Process Scheduling and Alerts.Required Skills (Good to have) :
Developing Side Letters (Legal and Compliance), Personalization (UI Adaptation), Translations (Multilingual Deployment).Develop OTBI reports.Worked on Oracle Fast formulas.Experience in Redwood.Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus.Qualifications :
Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree.Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
