- About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator who will act as the primary bridge between clients and our internal digital teams.
- Required Knowledge :
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all aspects of digital marketing — including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google ads, Meta Ad, Content Strategy, Creative / Design Ideas, and Web projects — and will ensure smooth communication, timely project execution, and measurable results for our clients.
- Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client accounts assigned.
- Understand client goals, campaigns, and brand requirements to brief internal teams effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication, updates, and performance reviews.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, feedback sessions, and campaign reviews.
2. Campaign & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams — SEO, PPC, Content, Creative, and Web — to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Create and maintain project trackers, reports, and timelines.
- Support campaign planning, execution, and optimization processes.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing objectives across all channels.
3. Performance & Reporting
- Monitor campaign KPIs and digital metrics with team support (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, etc.).
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with clients.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
4. Internal Collaboration
- Facilitate smooth coordination between departments for campaign assets, approvals, and deadlines.
- Support team in brainstorming sessions, marketing strategy meetings, and client pitch decks.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication logs for all client accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, account management, or client servicing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Preferred Attributes :
- Prior agency experience will be an advantage.
- Client-facing confidence and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to translate client briefs into actionable digital plans for internal teams.
