Job descriptionResponsible for Manufacturing and Service Engineering, Operations, Driving Process Improvement. Handling P&L, budget preparation & monitoring at the Plant level (BSC / KPI) and executing analysis of various business initiatives (e.G., expansion, asset acquisition, diversification and etc). Anchoring all operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the organization. Risk assessment in process / product & safety and Work with a goal of Zero Darts, bringing awareness of safety and provide safe working environment in all processes. Overseeing long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company strategic plan, especially as the organization considers sponsorships, potential acquisitions, and collaborations with external organizations.

Requirements :
- With 15+ Years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations and Service in Automation / Automotive company. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Operations Management, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Organic Business Growth, P&L Management, Budgeting & forecasting, Manufacturing Excellence, Quality Management and EOU and Statutory Compliances.
- Must have Strong Experience in IMS-(ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001,) SA 8000, EHS, SIX SIGMA, Lean, TPM, 5S and Approved Internal Auditor.
