ICECD (International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Development), based in Ahmedabad, is inviting experienced professionals to join us as Development Officers.

About ICECD :

For over 35 years, ICECD has empowered women, youth, and marginalized communities through entrepreneurship training, livelihood promotion, and development programs across India.

Role : Project Manager / Sr. Development Officer

Location : Ahmedabad, with project travel as required

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, implement, and monitor livelihood and entrepreneurship programs
• Manage end-to-end project activities, including timelines, budgets, and team coordination
• Build strong relationships with communities, women’s groups, and partner organizations
• Conduct training, mobilization, and capacity-building sessions
• Prepare accurate project reports, documentation, and impact assessments
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure timely project delivery and measurable outcomes
