to join us as

Development Officers .

About ICECD :

For over 35 years, ICECD has empowered women, youth, and marginalized communities through entrepreneurship training, livelihood promotion, and development programs across India.

Role :  Project Manager / Sr. Development Officer

Location :

Ahmedabad, with project travel as required

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, implement, and monitor livelihood and entrepreneurship programs

Manage end-to-end project activities, including timelines, budgets, and team coordination

Build strong relationships with communities, women’s groups, and partner organizations

Conduct training, mobilization, and capacity-building sessions

Prepare accurate project reports, documentation, and impact assessments

Collaborate with senior management to ensure timely project delivery and measurable outcomes

Who Can Apply : Education :

MBA / MSW, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Development Studies, or relevant qualification (not mandatory if candidate has strong project management experience)

Experience :

Minimum 5–7 years in development sector projects such as women’s empowerment, rural entrepreneurship, livelihood promotion, or social innovation

Proven skills in project management, community engagement, and reporting

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Willingness to travel to project locations as needed
