1) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional Retail

2) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Technical Retail

3) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional Finance

4) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional SCM-Manufacturing and Production

Certifications : Minimum two relevant Microsoft certifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver end-to-end ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), specifically within the Finance module.
• Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, translating business needs into effective functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and implement Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Management.
• Prepare and own all project documentation such as Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Design, and Training materials.
• Collaborate with the development team to test, validate, and deploy system enhancements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps or similar project management tools for tracking and reporting project tasks.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for financial systems and process optimization.
• Estimate effort and time requirements for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and task delegation to team members, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Identify issues proactively, escalate as necessary, and coordinate effective resolutions.
