Project Role Description :
Lead the design, development, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, serving as the primary technical point of contact. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented to meet business needs and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Lead end-to-end application design, development, customization, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement efficient resolutions.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
- Oversee project progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and quality parameters.
- Contribute to key project and architectural decisions across multiple teams.
Skills & Qualifications :
Must-have : Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (customizations, extensions, and integrations).Solid understanding of application development principles and software design methodologies .Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 ERP with other business systems.Knowledge of database management , data modeling , and performance optimization .Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Must-have :Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical (configuration, customization, plugins, workflows, integrations, etc.)Good to have :Experience with Microsoft 365 and related technologies.In-depth understanding of application design principles and development methodologies.Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience & Education :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
