Job Description :

Function : Software Engineering Backend Development

As a Technology Lead, you will architect, design, and guide the development of high-volume, distributed, event-driven microservices. You will lead engineering initiatives that power our platform's scalability, resiliency, and compliance capabilities, working closely with product and operations to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities :

Architect and Design highly scalable, event-driven microservices for data compliance workflows.
Lead Technical Delivery of own end-to-end system design, from proof-of-concept to production.
Drive Cloud-Native Adoption by leveraging containerization, orchestration, and cloud services (AWS / Azure).
Implement Observability design logging, monitoring, and tracing solutions (e. g., ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
Champion SRE Practices build resilience, automate operational processes, and ensure platform SLAs.
Optimize Data Storage design and manage NoSQL database usage (MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB).
Mentor Engineers foster technical excellence, guide architectural decisions, and lead by example.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally partner with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align on business goals.

Requirements :

10+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

Proven track record in building distributed, event-driven, microservices-based applications in Java.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and cloud-native architectures.

Experience in CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.

Expertise in observability tools and concepts, metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards.

Solid grasp of SRE principles, incident management, chaos engineering, and capacity planning.

Hands-on with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc. ).

Strong expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for large-scale, complex systems.

Experience in Platform Engineering building reusable, scalable, and self-service infrastructure capabilities for multiple teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make trade-offs in architecture and design.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Good to Have :

Experience in data governance, compliance, or security domains.

Knowledge of stream processing frameworks (Kafka Streams, Flink, Spark Streaming).
