Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Python / Ansible Developer with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python and automation tools like Ansible, with added advantage for basic UI development skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with SSH, serial communication interfaces, and APIs, and must possess excellent communication skills as this is a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications and automation scripts.
• Work with Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Interface with systems via SSH, serial connections, and external / internal APIs.
• (Optional) Support or develop basic front-end components using HTML, CSS, React.
• Collaborate with clients directly to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work using Scrum methodology.
• Use Git for version control and Jira for task and project tracking
