About the Role :

Experience : 4 -8 Years

Location : Pune / Indore

Employment Type : Full-Time

Mandatory Tech Stack :

Backend : Python

Frontend : React

Database : SQL / NoSQL

Other : Git, CI / CD tools, Docker (preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Flask / FastAPI), Angular and React

Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and integrate with front-end components.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Work collaboratively with UI / UX designers, DevOps, QA, and other developers.

Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and product planning meetings.

Ensure responsiveness, cross-platform compatibility, and performance of applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend development skills in Python (Flask / FastAPI).

Hands-on experience with react framework and frontend integration.

Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.

Proficient in writing SQL queries and handling databases.

Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI / CD pipelines.

Experience with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Exposure to unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD)
